Baking Pan

Instructions
1. Prepare the Pan
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Grease a 22 × 12 cm baking pan with butter and lightly dust it with flour.
2. Make the Batter
Add the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Add the oil, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix until smooth.
Sift in the flour and baking powder in two additions, gently mixing after each addition until you have a smooth batter.
3. Bake
