🍰✨ Vanilla Swirl Bundt Cake ✨🍫

Soft, buttery vanilla cake with a beautiful chocolate swirl—simple, elegant, and absolutely irresistible!

🛒 Ingredients

🥣 Dry Ingredients
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt

🧈 Wet Ingredients
• 250g butter (softened)
• 1½ cups sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

🍫 For the Swirl
• 2–3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2–3 tbsp milk
• 2 tbsp sugar

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Pan
Grease your bundt pan very well and lightly dust with flour to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Make the Batter
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.

3️⃣ Create the Chocolate Swirl
Take about 1 cup of batter and mix with cocoa powder, milk, and sugar.

4️⃣ Layer & Swirl
Pour half of the vanilla batter into the pan.
Add chocolate batter in random spots.
Top with remaining vanilla batter.
Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl (don’t overmix!)

5️⃣ Bake
Bake at 170–180°C for 45–55 minutes.
Check with a toothpick—it should come out clean.

6️⃣ Cool & Serve
Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.

Optional Glaze (Bakery Style Finish)
Mix powdered sugar with a little milk and vanilla, then drizzle over the cake for a beautiful finish.
