β’ 3 Β½ cups (420g) powdered sugar
β’ Β½ cup (50g) cocoa powder
β’ Β½ cup (120ml) heavy cream or milk
β’ 1 tsp vanilla extract
β’ Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Grease and line 3 round cake pans.
