Carrot Apple Cake π₯π

Ingredients
For the Cake:

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F / 175Β°C. Grease an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix gently until just combined.
- Fold in the grated carrots, grated apple, nuts, and raisins.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35β45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before slicing or frosting.

β’ ΒΌ cup softened butter
β’ 1 cup powdered sugar
β’ Β½ tsp vanilla extract
