Ingredients:

• 2 cups / 250 g all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon / 12 g baking powder
• 1 tablespoon / 12 g sugar
• ½ teaspoon / 3 g salt
• 2 tablespoons / 30 g melted butter
• 1 cup / 240 ml warm milk or warm water

Optional:
• Olive oil for brushing
• Sesame seeds for sprinkling

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until everything is well combined. Slowly pour in the warm milk or water, then add the melted butter and mix until a soft dough forms.

Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and gently shape it into a round disk or small loaf. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds for a beautiful bakery-style finish.

Bake at 220°C / 425°F for about 20 minutes, or until the bread turns golden on top and soft inside.
