🎂 Marble Coffee Sponge Cake
A fluffy, aromatic sponge cake with a delightful marble swirl of coffee. Perfect for coffee lovers and anyone who enjoys a light, airy dessert!
🍰 Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp coffee (dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water)

- Whisk Eggs & Sugar
Beat the eggs and sugar together until light, pale, and fluffy. - Add Liquids
Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix gently to combine. - Add Dry Ingredients
Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold them into the mixture. - Divide the Batter
Split the batter into two portions. Add the dissolved coffee into one half of the batter. - Create the Marble Effect
Alternate pouring both batters into the pan. Lightly swirl the mixture with a knife to create the marble effect. - Bake
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
