- Cream Butter & Sugar
Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Then add oil and mix well. - Add Egg Whites

Pour in the milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined. - Add Dry Ingredients
Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth. - Bake
Pour the batter into your prepared pans and bake at 170°C / 340°F for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. - Cool & Frost
